1 cup coconut cream (must be coconut cream, and not coconut milk)
½ cup almond milk
½ cup honey
1/3 cup cocoa
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients on low speed. High speed will overmix the ingredients. The liquid should be smooth and well combined.
2. Pour liquid into a freezer-friendly dish. Seal and freeze until firm, about 4-5 hours.
3. Serve right out of the freezer and enjoy!
