6 oz unsweetened chocolate, cubed
12 oz coconut cream
4 oz coconut milk
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Mint (optional, for garnishing)
- Melt chocolate in a small saucepan, stirring frequently until melted. Set aside, and cool.
- In a medium-sized bowl, add the coconut cream, milk, honey, and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate and divide evenly into ramekins or other glass containers. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve and enjoy!
